長達3公里．擁有4車道‧士馬木愛極樂建新路解擁擠

（馬六甲）甲州政府準備在第十大馬計劃，由士馬木(Semabok)沿著巴力支那河道鋪設一條新公路直通愛極樂，進一步紓解兩地交通擁擠程度，也將使士馬木公路網進一步四通八達！
這條新公路的費用，估計逾2000萬令吉，州政府將之列為第十大馬計劃下首要推展的計劃。

整條新路長達3公里，擁有4車道，從士馬木夜市場經過巴也依干安老院、金龍城花園，延至愛極樂公路，即馬六甲廣場毗鄰。
9月，在首席部長拿督斯里莫哈末阿里主持下，魯容延至武吉峇汝新公路終於通車，縮短兩地的車程，深受民眾歡迎。
現在州政府再接再厲，計劃開闢士馬木延至愛極樂(Ayer Keroh)的新公路，無形中為士馬木達南及鄉村土地注入催化劑。

顏天祿：新路有兩大作用
甲州公共工程及基本設施委員會主席拿督顏天祿週一（10月12日）接受《星洲日報》詢問時，證實州政府原則上已同意推展這項大計劃。

“雖然是一條新路，但它帶有兩大作用，一來可緩和兩地公路交通擁擠，二來可帶動巴力支那河的旅遊潛能。”

他說，州政府也計劃加寬及挖深巴力支那河道，讓水上德士能夠川行，刺激當地旅遊業。
不僅如此，他表示，一旦新路啟用後，這一帶的房地產值也會跟著水漲船高。

士馬木發展前景會大好
顏天祿也是魯容區（Duyong）人民代議士，他有信心，士馬木在擁有齊全的交通網之情況下，發展前景會一片大好。
他指出，魯容延至武吉峇汝的新公路通車後，讓我們感覺到，這裡的經濟已活起來似的，若能多加一條新公路，肯定是錦上添花。

士馬木達南房地產值將升高
“屆時，兩條新路都會銜接起來，成為市區邊緣的交通要道。”
其實，隨著環境的發展，士馬木達南的交通流量愈來愈複雜，加上可以預見的是，士馬木育英小學的學生人數逐年增加，致使交通成為極需解決的問題。
“因此，進一步改善士馬木地區的交通系統是我非常關注的事項，欣慰的是，經向首長反映下，州政府同意闢設士馬木延至愛極樂的新公路。”
他相信未來10年，士馬木達南將成為一個黃金地帶，房地產值升高。
